Washoku introduces its Franco-Japanese menu, a union of traditional Japanese cuisine mixed with French old time family recipes and savoir-faire… This fusion of two very different cuisines provides customers with a uniqueness not found anywhere else. Washoku takes pride in only using fresh seasonal ingredients (and local when we can) preserving a natural balance of flavours, texture and taste offered from both these two diverse regions and cultures.


Washoku caters canapé and dinner parties for both private and corporate clients giving them a memorable experience defined by fine service and outstanding cuisine. Our clients include John Rocha, Waterford Crystal, Haunch of Venison Gallery and The Photographers’ gallery amongst others…
